No, we're not some top secret government surveillance or a creepy stalker. We're on the lookout for creative brands who are doing what it takes to get noticed. Each month, Knuckleball Digital will honor our "Brand of the Month." This is an organization that goes above and beyond in one of these three areas:
Customer Service
Be brand that rewards us with outstanding products and service. This isn't necessarily anything special or unique. Just do your job when your customers (maybe one of us!) come calling and you'll position yourself at the head of the pack.
Creativity
Be a brand that does something to catch our eye. It could be your website and user experience. It could be a social media or email campaign. It could be a special on-site promotion. In any case, you're doing something out of the ordinary that catches our attention.
Community Involvement
Be a brand that helps others. You're not just a business; you're a fixture in your community. Let us see that.
These are the qualities we at Knuckleball Digital think build brands effectively, so we want to shine a light on those who are doing that. Steve and I will be keeping our eyes peeled as we interact with brands daily. We also want to encourage our followers to send us examples of these brands as they see them.
